received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic science and technology
from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, and
the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the UIUC, in
2010. He is currently a Professor with the Chongqing Institute of Green and
Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Chongqing,
China, the Founding Lead of the Intelligent Multimedia Technology Research
Center, and the Deputy Director of the Institute of Electronic Information
Technology. He is selected to the CAS Hundred Talents 2013 and the Top
Young Talents of Chongqing, China, 2013.
