亮剑 | AT装备清单
这次AT长距徒步，依然秉承着我一贯坚持的极简和轻量化理念，大约有80%的装备与PCT的装备完全相同。
这些装备仅是出发时的配置，根据使用情况，会在沿路做出调整。
对装备、准备工作、徒步时间进程有疑问的朋友，可以参考以下文章：
1. 这次将不带炉头和气罐，全程采用“Stoveless cooking”, 也就是吃冷食的方式。AT沿途阴雨天气较多，不方便生活做饭，而且沿途每隔三四天就能经过补给城镇，所以可以在保证营养的情况下省去每天一次的热餐。
2. 鞋：我钟爱的New Balance WO889-D版在美国已经买不到了。这次使用的是另一款非常合脚的鞋：Montrail公司生产的Bajada越野跑鞋。有关为何要使用越野跑鞋，可以参考我的太平洋山脊计划书和装备测评。我倾向于鞋子不防水、透气性好、有充裕的foot box空间、drop为10毫米左右，宽版的越野跑鞋为最佳。
3. 电子产品：GoPro的主要用途是拍摄视频和自拍。在逆光、低光（比如室内/阴天/傍晚等等）条件下，会使用Fujifilm XP70三防相机。GoPro和富士相机都有wifi, 方便我沿途发布图片更新。Samsung S4 Active防水手机依然是我的上网/导航/记录工具。因为这次使用了两个相机和一个手机，耗电量很大，所以也买来了14000mAh的充电宝。SPOT Gen 3是我在PCT上使用过的卫星定位器，在多云和阴雨的条件下不是很稳定，主要用于更新坐标。
以下装备均为自费，没有赞助。所有的重量均是我自己测量的，不是厂家提供的数据。
