Job responsibility:
1. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
2. Conduct interviews to filter candidates with using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experiences, and abilities. 3. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
4. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” Skills.
5. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good decision-making skills.
