* Summarize information for distribution and trains bank staff by interpreting policies and procedures relative to positions and departments consistently.
* Review branches and departments' activity on a continuous basis for sustained compliance with laws and regulations on paying and receiving operations. Identifies problems and deficiencies report them to the CRO, and makes recommendations for corrective action.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
* 0 - 1 year commercial banking experience; specifically, in developing and administering compliance management programs.
