出租SFH的车库改造的房间，有个half bathroom（无shower），单独进出，面积大概 200sqt，有electric heater，可提供fullsize沙发床。
适用于常去健身房shower的人群，或者用于存放物品等，车可街趴。

Rent：$500每月+utility（与Main House split ～$100/月)，10月27日起入住，3个月起租，一个月押金，之后monthly renew，时间灵活。

希望租客信用良好，无不良嗜好，有正职/学生。

地址参考 Lakebird Dr, Sunnyvale
生活便利的交通房，距离各大公司Sunnyvale office 10min左右车程，走路10min可达公园/新永源超市/西贡鱼港等餐厅。
