由于搬家转租Foster City 3卧2.5卫2层town house.

位于Franciscan Apartment，靠近99大华，Costco，离Home depot, Target和其他生活购物区也很近。学区是Foster City最受欢迎的Brewer Island 小学，走路5分钟。

房子是刚装修过，各种设施都是新的，总面积1350spft，住起来很舒服。带一个车位，街趴也方便。虽然小区的地址在Foster City Blvd上，但我们这间是在Comet Dr上，非常安静，车很少。

4月份可以入住，之前之后几天都flexible。我们现在房租是4999每月，新的合约有可能价格不同。如果签约成功，我们提供5000美金的incentive.
