Focuses practice on the representation of start-up, emerging growth and public companies, venture capital investors, with specialization in corporate and securities law, private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate partnering transactions. Ms. Zhou represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. She also has experience in representing U.S. clients in China-related matters. She has served as counsel to many China-based, venture-backed companies and as investor counsel to leading venture capital firms investing in China.

Matt Moon has experience with the valuation of closely held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, debt instruments, and derivatives (including stock options and option-embedded securities). These engagements were conducted for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation support, strategic planning, and tax planning and reporting.
Matt holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA – Business Valuation) designations.
4, Hai Tang, PhD. Director – WTAS
Hai Tang is a member of the WTAS Alternative Investment Funds Services group and works with venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and venture backed companies. Hai provides services in partnership, international and M&A tax planning and compliance. Hai advises alternative investment funds and their portfolio companies in structuring, transaction planning, Subpart F and PFIC planning. He also has extensive experience helping clients meet compliance obligations.
Hai speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Hai serves as Treasurer of Palo Alto High School.
