We seeks dedicated full-time employee able to serve as general admin.
Hours are Monday- Friday, 9:00-5:00
Responsibilities:
- This position will report to the Planning Director or Operation Director.
- Assist Planning Director or Operation Director in operation, planning, and shareholders communication including, but not limited to the following items.
- Participate in project preparation and management including design, construction, inspection, and acceptance.
- Manage day to day operation tasks.
- Prepare, distribute, and revise meeting agendas and minutes.
- Manage the store opening and operation execution plan, and generate regular status reports.
- Execute marketing plans and manage marketing events.
- Create financial reports
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 2 years of experience in financial management and familiar with QuickBooks or equivalent. Knowledgeable in setting up and operating financial systems.
- Previous experience in productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience in construction materials retailing and general retail operation preferred.
- Strong project management and organization skills, and attention to details.
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and independent with strong problem-solving skills,
- Able to work in a high stress environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork.
