3rd bedroom: Tenant will have a closet and share bathroom with tenant in room 2. Currently unfurnished, but we could provide a bed and desk. $1000/mo.
All utilities (including Internet) are included. We are looking for one tenant per room. All tenants will be able to use the kitchen, but for light cooking only. No parties, smoking, or pets please.
