A San Jose law firm (95131) is seeking an Immigration Paralegal. You will be responsible for legal tasks and some administrative activities. We are a busy, friendly and energetic law firm seeking a candidate with the same qualities. No sponsorship for working visa or green card will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist attorneys/associates with ad-hoc legal tasks.
• Assist with administrative activities, such as copying, scanning, and filing of documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good oral and written communication skills in English;
• Associate or Bachelor degree in US or China;
• Experienced in Microsoft Office;
• Excellent organizational skills, and highly detail oriented;
• Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects concurrently;
• Mandarin Speaking is a plus.
