Job Duties (Include but not limited to):
-Plan, create, and manage Planograms (POGs) for all assigned space and floor assignment timely and accurately by using space planning software
-Help analyze store layouts. This includes determining appropriate levels of inventory facings to support sales activity, communicating effectively with merchandisers and store operations to ensure maximization of sales, analyzing sales trends, planning appropriate merchandising strategies and ensuring product layout is visually appealing to customers
-Assist with store resets as determined by planogram management team
-Maintain product data integrity
-Assist in preparing sales report
Qualifications and Skills:
-Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree
-Minimum physical requirement: able to lift up to 25 lbs
-Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization
-Exceptionally strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, ex lookup, Pivot table, knowledge of Access)
-Knowledge of JDA Space Planning, JDA Floor Planning and IKB is preferred
-Must be flexible and organized
-Willing to travel for work (northern California, Oregon, New Jersey, Maryland and Washington State)
