Real Estate/Loan Office Assistant (Part Time or Full Time)
We are looking for someone who can work in a professional office setting for a small Real estate and mortgage company. The position is to provide administrative assistance to the broker/loan officer. The office is in West San Jose just off De Anza Blvd.
Minimum Requirements:
English and Chinese bi-lingual
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with various computer products such as MS Word and Excel
Confidentiality is a must as the work involves clients personal information
Self-motivated, detail-oriented
Job Responsibilities
Office work – answering calls, copying, faxing and emailing
Working with clients and maintain files and records in the client database
Working with lenders and assist with loan processing
Working with agents as Coordinator on real estate transactions
Other general office duties
Hours: 20Hrs per week; to be arranged with Manager
Compensation: Based on experience.
