Rent is 2075 for a private bedroom, bathroom, and deck. Other shared spaces are living room, kitchen, and backyard. All utilities (water/electricity, internet) and access to laundry are included! The space is large enough for two people to share and can be kept furnished or not. The location's great - just a block away from MUNI which goes straight downtown and also walking distance from groceries and restaurants!
Beautiful unit you have! I'm interested in subletting your unit starting at end of June, but would need an address to see if the location is commutable to/from my work.
