Job Duties:
- Composes and posts marketing contents on the Company’s social media accounts and official company webpage.
- Constantly monitors and inspects customer reviews from all Company associated social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, and Yelp, etc.
- Handles online customer complaints, respond to customer reviews, questions or complaints, in a timely manner.
- Translate and develop marketing contents, in both English and Chinese, to support the Company’s digital campaigns.
- Performs marketing research, including store visits and competitor analysis.
- Prepares marketing proposals, customer satisfaction reports, and other daily administrative duties.
- Performs other duties as required by Marketing department needs.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- Exceptional English and Chinese writing skills
- Prior experiences with varieties of social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Yelp, etc.
- Language requirement: bilingual in English & Chinese
- Ability to lift (or move) 25 lbs.
- Willing to travel for work
- Exceptional Customer Services skill is plus
