We are home furniture distributor, the company was founded in 2014, we are moving the warehouse from LA to Eastbay, also we have our own manufacture factory in mainland china with 20 years. Currency looking for a assistant who are outgoing, can speak Chinese, multitasking & self-motivated to maintain the daily operation.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO:
- Handle daily sales order (phone, fax, email)
- Arranged delivery and schedule trucking pickup.
- Assists outside fair sales 4 times per year.
- Assists incoming goods data receiving.
- Ordering necessary items for office.
- Organizing and paying bills.
- Preparing report, financial statements.
- Assists the owner/team to get work done
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must fluent in English and can speak Chinese.
- Well organize.
- Detail and precision oriented.
- Self starter and focused.
- Maintaining confidential information.
We normally are looking for full-time and work at office employee (but can discuss part-time or home worker options if desired).
