I have a 3bed, 2bath to rent. Individual student can rent 1 room with monthly 1000-1500.
2 student share a room could reduced 700/person.
House is recently remodeled, with beautiful floor, large kitchen, provide refrigerator and washer dryer.
I have ordered Internet as well. If you need help on furniture, we can provide bed, table, dresser etc.
I have a studio on the back, studio has bath room and kitchen, is good for student wants privacy. Share WiFi,
electricity and water bill.
