要求：
• Loan application processing, including the collection of relevant information to comply with the lending policies
• The ability to provide an objective opinion on the quality of an application
• Good detective skills to identify any concerns, or opportunities, to provide quality loans
• Clear communication with management team about the loan and rationale for approving or declining
• Be able to write and re-package deal options and communicate these effectively to all parties
• Keep loan files in order and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Have strong customer service capabilities
• Open to learning new software packages
