Growing Sunnyvale CPA firm seeks Accountant with some experience in individual income tax preparation as well as tax preparation for corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, trusts, etc.
Responsibilities include:
•        Prepare returns for various individual tax situations, including preparing work-papers in accordance with firm policies
•        Prepare “year-end work, work papers, etc.” and tax returns for various business clients, including corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, trusts, and other
•        Review bookkeeping and accounting necessary to support tax return preparation including accrual to cash, tax only (M-1) entries, and related supporting work papers
•        Prepare Payroll and related tax forms
•        Be able to communicate issues encountered, and appropriate actions to take
Experience and Knowledge required:
•        Experience with Lacerte tax preparation software a plus
•        Should be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and have experience with QuickBooks
•        Should have some experience in accounting for small businesses
•        Must have good written and verbal communication skills
•        Bilingual English and Mandarin

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
