After living together for 7 years my roommate has gotten engaged and decided to move out. I’m now seeking a roommate to rent 2BR in a 3B2B house. Available May 1.

* Its a quick 10-15 minute walk to the Google MTV campus on the Permanente Creek Trail
* I’m currently in the master bedroom, hoping for one person to rent the remaining unfurnished 2BR , My current roommate uses one as a BR and one as an office
* I’ve attached some pictures of the two rooms and shared spaces, I'm happy to provide some more, or schedule a tour
* Washer & Dryer are in the garage
* Garage space possible if you have a smaller car
* Great backyard with hammock, grill, smoker, firepit
* Pets: Dog is ok, cats are not (I’m allergic)
* Currently have bi-weekly cleaning service

Expenses:
Rent - $2250/mo for the two rooms
Bi-weekly cleaning service - $253/visit (split equally)
Internet - $100/mo (split equally)
PG&E - Variable (split equally)
Trash, water, sewage - Variable (split equally)
