I’m looking for two housemates for two rooms in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom nice house in Mountain View for $1400 (for the shared bathroom) and $1500 (for the master bedroom that has an own bath) per month (not including utilities). The house has 1700 sqft and a beautiful backyard.
Available right now, a longer-term lease is preferred.
Location: House is located on Phyllis Avenue in Mountain View (About 3-5 minutes walking distance to Ranch 99)
15 minute walk from Castro, 25 minute walk to Caltrain
~8 min drive to MTV / SVL / BV Google campuses
~10 min walk to Google Bus stop
Near 237 & 85 highway

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, spacious patio/backyard, garage, lots of street parking
Common spaces are furnished (couches, tables, etc)
Nice backyard area
Small bedroom: 13x10 (Room shares a bathroom with one other person).
Master bedroom: 16x11 (Own bathroom).
