L Leung, Inc. is a local CPA firm located in Fremont.  We provide accounting, payroll, tax and other business services to individuals and small to medium businesses in the Bay Area.

We are seeking an entry-level accountant to expand our team. If you are a positive, organized, and self-motivated individual. Welcome to join our team. We offer flexibility in a positive team environment with the ability to grow. The position will be on our office in Fremont. This is an hourly paid position.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:        
•         Print tax returns
•        Make proper entries into QuickBooks and reconcile bank statements
•        Collect time sheets from clients and process payroll
•        Respond to client needs and requests for payroll
•        Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information

Skill Requirements:
•        Strong communication skills
•        Basic accounting knowledge and experience
•        Accounting associate or Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent experience
•        Strong data-entry bookkeeping skills
•        Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word  
•        Have a focus on quality and show attention to detail and accuracy
•        Be discrete and not discuss confidential information
•        Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
•        Preferred Experience in QuickBooks and ProSeries
•        Ability to learn tax software and payroll processing software
•        Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
