Prince of Peace Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Livermore, CA. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have 1-2 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities & Duties
-Monitors accounts receivable accounts and follows up with customers on overdue payments, returned checks, credit card transactions and chargebacks, and researches and resolves billing and/or deduction issues.
-Performs daily deposit transaction recording and monthly closing.
-Performs other accounting and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-1-2 years working experience in Accounting (A/R, A/P, Inventory, and Collection).
-Accuracy and attention to detail.
-MS Excel and Word skills are required; Microsoft Dynamic GP experience is a plus.
-Bilingual in English &Chinese.
-High school degree; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Pay
$21.00– $22.50 per hour DOE, plus bonus opportunity
