Naturally, there's already a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen downstairs, but the homeowner prepared a compact refrigerator with freezer in this upstairs bigger (15 feet x 15 feet) bedroom for a healthier personal space during the pandemic.
It would have been so much better should you have had an indoor attached garage parking space since the start of this unprecedented "work from home" time. And please give yourself a peace of mind when you get to realize that your car is parked safely and securely indoors in the attached garage of the house while you're out of town/the country on business trips/vacation.
