You will share the house with 2 working professional. Together there will be 3 people. Single occupancy only! Overnight guest is allowed with limited number of nights each month. The house is in a Golf Court, very nice environment and next to highway 101, 280 and 680. Only 5 mins Drive to SJSU. Need deposit plus 1st month rent. Prefer long Term lease (Starting with 6-month lease, then month by month after).
Non-smokers only, no drugs, no heavy drinking, no drama. Roommate needs to be clean and responsible. No pets please! Only serious inquiry!
