The Place

The house is a huge 2100 sqft, 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will be staying in the large master bedroom (13' x 17') which is a corner bedroom with lots of light. There are two sinks in your private bathroom. You will have a parking spot in the neighborhood.


The Roommates

You will be living with 2 female roommates who are clean, friendly, and respectful. Both are in their mid to late 20s and work in tech. Some hobbies include: volleyball, dancing, reading, working out, music, etc.


Looking For
----------------
The house is extremely well-kept and you will be expected to do so as well. Some house rules are:
- No smoking
- No parties
- No shoes in the house
- Respect quiet hours (10pm - 8am)
- General cleanliness

We prefer someone who:
- is emotionally mature
- has good communication skills
- is a professional
- has good credit score + rental record
