Provide heating, washing machine, dryer, WiFi, water, electricity and gas. Includes a DriveWay parking space. The lease term is flexible, long term lease is $1200, short term lease is $1400. The utilities included $50 each person per month.

Room 2: The master bedroom on the second floor. The room contains 0.5 bathroom. Flexible lease term, long term lease is $1300, short term lease is $1500. Provide heating, washing machine, dryer, WiFi, water, electricity and gas. Includes a DriveWay parking space. The utilities included $50 each person per month.

2B1B basement:  2 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement with private access, with private kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine. The lease-term can be a 6-month or 12-month lease. The rent is $2000(only for 2 occupancies). Pet friendly.

We are a single house family, three roommates are living here now. One of them is living on the first floor. Room 1 needs to share the bathroom with this roommate.
