Private bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom available for rent in a 3 floor 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhouse with private elevator. Room is located on the first floor (stays cool even during summer) and is furnished with a full sized bed and an IKEA office desk.

The townhouse was newly built in late 2020 and is centrally located in Warm Springs with close proximity to the following:

I-880 & I-680: Literally a minute or two away but, don’t worry, it’s not close enough for any noises
Osaka Market, 99 Ranch Market, Safeway, UPS Store, 76 Gas Station: 1 minute by car
A plethora of restaurants and fast food chains all within a 1-5 minute radius
Tesla & Bay Club Fremont within 5 minute radius
Mission Peak & Coyote Creek both within 2 miles radius for avid hikers

The townhouse interior is fully furnished and the 2nd floor where the kitchen + living room is located boasts brand new kitchen cabinets with under cabinet lighting and beautiful granite countertops with custom tile backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware (you really won’t need your own but we’ll make space for it if you have them!). The entire unit has upgraded flooring with carpeted areas limited to just on the stairs. Living room is newly furnished with reclinable L-shaped sofa and a large 82’ TV with access to a spacious balcony. This home is a SMART home and is fully integrated and voice controlled with Alexa and Google Home and runs on AT&T Fiber speed internet with wifi extender throughout all 3 floors. The garage is in the process of being converted to a personal gym, but there are ample parking spaces throughout the community. The townhouse is 3 floors total and has a private elevator that runs through every floor and runs on 9 3.2kwh solar panels.

A little about who you’ll share the space with: myself and my fiance are both working professionals in our late 20s & early 30s working in the tech industry. We are bilingual and speak fluent Mandarin and English. We used to go into the office pre-COVID but ever since the pandemic hit we’ve both been working primarily from home. During COVID, we acquired a third member of the family: a now 16 month-old super well behaved husky pup named Luna. Our typical working hours are 8 AM to 6 PM with some days being more meetings heavy than others. Since we work out of the 2nd floor of the house, it’s important for there to be low noise levels during this time (but more about house rules later!). Some of my personal interests include singing (we have a karaoke machine set up at home), gaming, shopping, watching movies/anime/Netflix shows and FOOD!! I’m a total foodie and I love to wine & dine. My fiance is extremely outdoorsy and has many interests which includes anything and everything high tech related and car related. He likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle of exercise and eating clean. Together, we’re two friendly folks who enjoy spending time with friends and family (including our pup), dedicating time to advancing our careers, and traveling to new destinations.

About you: Ideally, you are a financially stable female working professional in your 20s or 30s (subject to background check) who loves dogs and has high standards for maintaining cleanliness both in your personal space as well as shared spaces. You do not party or use any recreational drugs in the house and treat the space as your own. You either WFH or in-office, but your WFH set-up must be within your own room. You do not use a lot of heavy oil or deep frying often as part of your cooking routine.

House rules:
No overnight guests - the rental agreement is for you and you only. Overnight guests can bring unforeseen complications
No frequent heavy cooking - as mentioned earlier, too much oil becomes difficult to keep clean
No disruptive noises on the 2nd floor during working hours
Keep the space clean by cleaning up after yourself
Washer and Dryer is on the third floor, but please use the separate washer in the garage for very dirty laundry (ex. Things placed on the floor like small area rugs)
No pets - We love them, but can’t accommodate them as we already have Luna
No smoking/drugs/parties in the house

Logistics: Renter subject to background check. Room is available now. Rent is $1450 per month + one month deposit. Utilities ~$100 a month or less, depending on usage. 6 month lease minimum with option to go month to month thereafter.
