Aviz Global is a pioneer in the intelligent security industry, including fields such as, Biometrics, RFID and Surveillance. We are looking for full-time sales professionals with demonstrated experience selling B2B. The candidate will be calling medium and large sized companies and speaking with Vice Presidents of Marketing, Directors of Corporate Marketing, Marketing Communication Managers, Event Managers and/or Trade Show Managers.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
ANVIZ GLOBAL INC located in MILPITAS is currently looking for an inside sales assistant.
Responsibilities;
-Investigate the status of orders and advise Customer Service or Inside Sales Representative or customers
-Investigate orders that have not been shipped and advise appropriate individuals as to current status.
- Investigate other customer claims and respond formally, via letter, claim denial form, or corrective action report.
- Respond to various customer inquiries, either verbally or in writing.
- Maintain service records, credit memo logs, receiving logs, and shipping reports.
- Issue pick-up of defective or unusable material and issue subsequent credit memos, debit memos, and return of goods to vendor.
- Respond to customers' requests for corrected or incomplete paperwork.
- Change order dates, per customer request, and communicate these changes to appropriate personnel.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
**Must have strong Excel skills with data entry
-College Degree in Marketing, Business or Related field or equivalent work experience
- General office experience to provide support to a team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Previous sales related experience and interest in moving into a Sales Position within 1-2 years
- Chinese Speaker is a plus in case of communication with HQ China.
- Desire and aptitude to develop into an Inside Sales Representative is required
