Responsibilities:
1.Manage a variety of stores (Restaurants and supermarkets) within your territory with the objective to build and develop both company and the customer’s business across all categories.
2.Ensure application of strategic sales and distribution plans in retail operations in all categories, including Product Demonstration, POS placement, POP placement, and building displays consistent with all guidelines.
3.Plan and direct the achievement of volume and profit targets within your territory using effective
4.Merchandising, promotions, selling skills and company Way at Retail
5.Identify additional store and business opportunities
6.Proactively manage your store coverage consistent with the territory call cycle and effectively manage all required  administrative functions, such as expense reports, sales recaps, pre plan activities and post call requests
7.Monitor and report competitive and industry intelligence to your manager
8.Work closely with all functional teams to ensure strong communication and issue resolution

Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of relevant retail sales and or category management experience preferred. Knowledge of DSD an asset High school diploma or Bachelors Degree - preferred
2. Candidate supposes to reside within the territory
3. Speak both English and Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese - preferred
