The Taiwanese homeowner, who does not live in the house, pays everything except the monthly PG&E bill which is about $25 per tenant.
The new tenant will receive 15 genuine MIT medical masks for free.
It's 11 feet x 11 feet, fully furnished with a chest bed (with wood drawers), two tables, two chairs, two lamps, and two tall wood bookshelves.
