99 Ranch Market is the leading Asian grocery brand in the U.S. Now we are seeking a detail oriented Compliance Department Assistant. We welcome all new graduates to join us.

Job Duties (Include but not limited to):
-Conduct audits of retail locations in accordance with company guidelines
-Prepare, analyze, and present audit results; identify program strengths and weaknesses and make
recommendations for improvement
-Maintain and renew corporate documents, licenses, and permits
-Research federal, state, and local laws by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to
requirements; advising management on needed actions
-Handle phone calls and correspondence independently(customer services)
-Able to drive to retail store locations in the bay area. Occasional travel to Washington State is required

Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree, prefer major in Communication, Political Science, or Social Science
-Bilingual in Chinese/English or Spanish/English
-Demonstrate appropriate and effective business writing, e.g. E-mail, work papers, reports
-Interpersonal communication skills
-Detail oriented and result driven
-Must be legal to work in the United States
