I want to find an accommodation with estimated move in time in Feb or late Jan, private bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, located at SF (Prefer Castro, Hayes Valley, Mission). I have already toured at several apartments: Avalon Hayes Valley, Venn, Alchemy, The Rise Hayes Valley, Vara Apartment, they both look good.
