Hi, I’m looking for 1 housemate to take the master bedroom with attached bathroom in a 2b2b apartment. FEMALE only.

Location:  Avalon at Mission Bay. Directly across from Caltrain/MUNI stations. You can take Transbay shuttle to FiDi. Easy access to highways I-80, I-280 and State Highway 101

Room:
- The master bedroom is big (approximately 11’10’’x 12’11’’ )
- The attached bathroom is spacious
- You have a walkin closet
- You’ll have the master bedroom and I have the 2nd bedroom. We won’t rent the living room out.

Rent: $2,455 per month + utilities
Security Deposit: $150 (It is $150)
