要求
1-了解美国快递物流行业结构及流程，熟悉快递及物流网络搭建和管理,
2- 熟悉进出口报关流程并整理相关文件
3- 全面负责管理丶发展和培养销售团队，做好下属人员的评估和考核。
4- 带领销售团队，有效的开发丶管理和维护客户。
5- 2年华人快递或跨国物流企业工作经验

Job Responsibilities:
1. Book shipping space for outbound freight timely, and make sure cargo departs as scheduled with great cost-control ability and prepare cost analyses report weekly.
2. Familiar with the International Logistics software operations
3. Prepare clearance documents & arrange necessary 3rd party inspection before delivery;
4. Assist warehouse arrange loading
5. Handle customer complains
6. Maintain good relationship with customers and partnership with carriers & agents.
7. Evaluate forwarder KPI

Job Requirements
1. 2 years working experience in international Logistics area
2. Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin is preferred
3. Goal Driven and Good Communication Skills
4. Excellent with Excel Query and MS Office Software
