Old Firehouse School is looking for a contractor for a new preschool site at 10 Bayview Ave. in San Rafael. This structure is part of St. Luke Presbyterian Church, The job primarily involves taking out some non-loadbearing walls and adding a child bathroom and some additions to existing bathrooms. Building permits are now being applied for.
Would your firm be interested in putting in a bid for this project? When would you be available for the job? We would like to begin the NEXT 1 or 2 months.
