Fremont Maintenance Director Assistant

Aegis Gardens is hiring a Full-time/Part-time Maintenance Director Assistant who has basic knowledge of maintenance tasks such as fixing and maintaining building, basic plumbing work, painting, flooring repairing, electrical and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
Daily responsibility will be replying emails, contacting vendor to arrange and schedule appointments, attending home office training & meetings.
Candidates can communicate and written in fluent English and Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese) are preferable.
Outstanding candidates with potential will be promoted to Maintenance Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
