房屋位于Westfield Valley Fair Mall只间隔两个Blocks，附近有280和880，上高速非常快捷。
上班去主要的大公司：Apple（10分钟） Google（20分钟） Nvidia （10分钟）等，去个各种生活设施Costco（5分钟），Safeway SantanaRow更是步行可以到达。
房屋装修精良，豪华装修而宽敞的厨房是此房屋最大的特色。并且配备中央空调和中央供暖。房屋采光很好，各个房间和客厅均有大窗户。
不仅有宽大的后院给孩子们提供足够的活动空间，前院也有很大的空间提供了足够的私密性。
房屋位于Cory Neighborhood， 属于San Jose 安全和富裕的街区。

Renter will need to set up own PG&E and San Jose Water account.
Rental Guidelines:
3x verifiable monthly income to rent ratio
Minimum 700 FICO score for each applicant
Income verification and government issued picture id required along with application
No co-signors or guarantors
