Plenty of kitchen cabinet space, marble countertop, gas range under a powerful range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washer and dryer, etc. AT&T fiber 1G high-speed Internet. Common area is furnished.

3. Prices, fees, and requirements:

You will share the bathroom with two other high Tech engineers, also share utilities including water, gas, garbage, electricity ($10/month in total because of solar), internet ($55/month currently).
No smoking, no pets, no guest may stay overnight. Party or play the piano with your roommate's permission.
