I am renting rooms in a 3BD/1BA house, very close to Meta HQ at 1158 Westminster Ave, East Palo Alto 94303. It is available now, ideally looking to start having people move in by August. Looking for $1400 each for the two larger rooms on the corner of the house and $1200 for the smaller room in the middle. Currently the house is unoccupied, I will be providing furnishings for the common area and be receiving some mail there. I am currently living at a place in Sunnyvale so I would be close by to deal with any maintenance or assistance with getting people set up.

It's close to the highway, has recently completed extensive renovations and has a 1 car attached garage, as well as an extra room in a standalone unit in the back. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street, as well as extra storage in a shed outside.
