The upstairs bedrooms have a separate entrance from the first floor. One bedroom is available for rent. There are three bedrooms in total upstairs, with tenants sharing one bathroom. Two bedrooms have already been reserved by two Chinese male students majoring in computer science who will either be doing intern or studying at college. Rent: $1000 per bedroom/month.
