Looking for ONE roommate each room in San Francisco to share our townhouse in Treasure Island.
Room A is available Nov/Dec onwards.
Room B is available now. (With own restroom)

Price - $1099 per month everything INCLUDED! (Furniture, utilities, wifi, washer/dryer)

Townhouse is in a great secure building, nice view, green neighborhood
Ideal applicant:
* responsible, pay on time, friendly, clean, quiet, and trustworthy
* full time student or working professional
* able to sign a lease upon move-in
* non-smoker, no late night parties
* single with no overnight guests
* Female preferred(as previous roommate was a female too) but open to consider others if it's the right fit.

-Beautiful view of the city with a perimeter running trail with the skyline view of the city(our housemate, she even do it at night alone as it’s super safe here with no homeless or shootings unlike the city)

You will be sharing the house with 2 other people(20s-30s) made up of 1 professional and 1 full-time student who are clean, quiet and don't smoke.
