Upstairs bedroom-The upstairs bedrooms have a separate entrance from the first floor. One bedroom is available for rent end of Feb. There are three bedrooms in total upstairs, with tenants sharing one bathroom. Two bedrooms have already been reserved by two Chinese male students majoring in computer science who is either doing intern or studying at college. Rent: $1100 per bedroom/month. Availability: from Feb. 27th, 2025.
Downstairs bedroom-接受短租-One bedroom in downstairs is available for short term rent. You'll share one bathroom with one Chinese male student who's doing internship in Tiktok. The landlord may come live in another bedroom for a couple of days every 3~4 months but not often. Rent: $1300 per bedroom/month. Availability: From Feb. 18th, 2025. There may be discount if you move in before Mar. 1st.
