Looking for a female tenant to take over room for rent in Fremont. Someone who doesn’t bring guests or overnight guests over. Quiet working female. Knows how to clean up after themselves. Has to be ok with dogs which will show up sometimes. Shared bathroom with clean and tidy tenants. Most of the time there’s no one home in the day time weekdays. Kitchen can be used and shared anytime, just no heavy cooking. We are very nice and easy to communicate landlord. There’s parking on the street, easy to park. Laundry in house by the garage. New washing machine and dryer machine. Please inquire if you are serious in renting. It’s available now, rent will be prorated if start mid month or if it’s not the 1st of the month. There’s convenience stores very close by, and supermarkets. All very convenient to get to. Please text only. No parties or additional pets allowed. Thank you!
