Staff Accountant - Proficiency in QuickBooks

We are looking for a person with experience in QuickBooks and can establish a systematic flow in accounting through QuickBooks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support in Accounting.
-Entering invoices into Quickbooks.
-Perform a variety of accounting duties in accounts receivable and payable;
-Assist in assuring accurate and timely payment of organizations financial obligations.
Desired Qualifications:
-Proficiency in QuickBooks
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Attention to details, and well organized
-Able to work confidential matters with utmost integrity
