Silicon Valley Women Career Life Enhancement Summer Conference

We are going to have speeches and panel discussions around the most interested topics such as how to thrive in the top tech companies, how to choose career paths, and how to handle the stereotypes to moms at workspaces. We will also announce a group of internal referral jobs of the top tech companies at the conference. Welcome all career women in Bay Area to join us to learn from successful female leaders, look for your career mentor, build a high quality social network for yourselves.

2:00~2:15pm Reception.

2:15~2:30pm Welcome speech.
Keynote speaker: Cindy Cao, founder of Silicon Valley Career Women.

2:30~4:00pm Panel discussions.

Speakers

Panel speakers are from Microsoft, Linkedin, Google and hot startups.

Sarah Kaplan, Director of Service Engineering for O365 Core Services which runs Exchange Online. Sarah joined Microsoft in 2008 to work on Hotmail.  Before coming to Microsoft, Sarah worked at Ebay and Palm in various roles.  She is an active member of the Women@Microsoft group in Silicon Valley.

Cindy Gao, Google Global AdX New Biz Dev Leader. Cindy was ex-Microsoft, Tencent PM and SAP developer. Now she is running global new business development to identify strategic startups for core Ads/AdExchange business and potentially other Google opportunities.

Xin Hu, Senior Staff Engineer at Linkedin.  Xin joined LinkedIn in late 2011. Prior to that, she was a distinguished member of technical staff at Motorola. At LinkedIn, Xin worked on various initiatives encompassing mobile, growth, front-end/back-end and infrastructure. She is currently serving as an architect and the overall tech lead for LinkedIn's flagship feed experience.
