嘉宾介绍

张斌 联动优势首席执行官（CEO）

公司创始人之一，先后供职于以微软为代表的几家国际知名公司，积累了丰富的管理经验。在移动支付，移动电子商务产业链，移动通信运营商和金融机构业务融合发展等领域有深入研究，为中国移动电子商务的发展起到了示范和助推作用。

北京理工大学获得工学学士学位，美国伊利诺伊州大学工商管理硕士学位。

Bin Zhang, CEO of UMF
Co-founder, he had previously served in several well known international companies, such as Microsoft, etc.; and accumulated rich managerial experience. Based on insightful research on mobile payment, mobile e-commerce industry chain, mobile telecom carrier and financial institution service integration development, he sets an example for China’s mobile e-commerce business and accelerates its development.

He graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with bachelor of engineering degree in 1994, and obtained MBA from Illinois State University in 1996.

Dr. Thomas A. Layman
Tom Layman is the President and Founder of Global Vision Group. In addition to managing the company, he serves as the leader of its strategy practice group. His specialties include business strategy, financial modeling, research and risk mitigation.

Tom has over 30 years of international and domestic experience in the financial services and electronic payments industry. Prior to creating Global Vision Group, Tom was Senior Vice President with Visa U.S.A., holding a number of executive positions during his 11-year career there. He managed the Visa Profitability Consulting practice, as well as all of the business research functions, which included performing cost reduction and benchmarking studies, and served as Chief Economist.

As global relationship manager at Visa, Tom helped US-based issuers launch programs overseas. He also headed up all of Visa's efforts to mitigate the impact of personal bankruptcies on creditors, and cochaired a creditor coalition that helped write, introduce, and lobby bankruptcy legislation.

Prior to Visa, most of his experience was directed toward assessing the business environment risk of emerging markets. Tom holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and a PhD in international trade and finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tom has over 20 published articles on credit card and economic policy issues and is coauthor of a book on the role of foreign direct investment in Indonesia. Tom also Chairs the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Consumer Credit Counseling Service (dba Balance).

佟建 美国Internet Retailer 杂志中国区总监

美国Internet Retailer 杂志中国区总监，也是中国电商500强的主要负责人。 在为美国电商杂志工作之前，佟建在中国，北美的高科技市场有多年的媒体和市场研究工作经验，曾经为中国政府及多家世界500强企业提供市场和战略咨询。佟先生有中国化工大学的自动化专业的本科学位，还持有MBA学位，是美国雷鸟国际管理学院的荣誉毕业生。

Frank Tong
Frank Tong is China director of Internet Retailer magazine and a primary contributor to Internet Retailer’s China 500 guide that ranks China’s leading online merchants. He contributes articles to Internet Retailer magazine, the China 500 and InternetRetailer.com covering developments in China’s e-commerce industry and the international expansion of Chinese online retailers. Frank has many years of experience covering advanced technology in China and North America, and in providing marketing and strategic consulting services for Fortune 500 companies.

A native of Tianjin, China, Frank earned a B.S. degree in engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and also graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona with an M.B.A. degree.
