Full-time sales and operation position in San Jose

A multimedia company in North San Jose is seeking a self-motivated operation staff to fill a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and guide customer to choose the right product.
- Prepare price quote to prospects
- Prepare artwork proofs to customers
- Organize project assets and package them for sending to our vendors
- Perform some norminal packaging manual tasks
Requirements:
- Quick mental math and good sense of numbers
- Good command of English
- Hi-tech savvy and be familiar with all the digital content formats such as CD, DVD, Blu-ray wav, mpg, vob, etc.
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop, Illustraotr, or any graphics editing programs
- Detail oriented with great organization skills
- Great phone skills and can write rhetorically
- Great passion for work
- Foreign language skill such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese will be a plus but not a must.
