Within the first year and a half of the program we have had hundreds of cases approved. We also have high approval rates for National Interest Waiver petitions, EB-1a Extraordinary Ability Petitions, and EB-1b Outstanding Researcher Petitions.
We have also assisted hundreds of individuals with their green cards and citizenship applications. We are committed to obtaining permanent residence or U.S. citizenship for our clients in the fastest possible time- this includes filing Mandamus and N-400 Name Check lawsuits on behalf of our clients who are stuck in the FBI Name Check.
