Part Time Office Admin for Insurance Company
6-9 months contract, possible full time after
20-25 hours per week (Mon-Thur 5 hr/day or Mon-Fri 5 hr/day; starting from 9am or 10am to 4pm or 5pm with 1 hour lunch break)
Location: fremont CA 94538
Fix rate: $18/hour
 
Job description:
¥        Working with insurance companies to resolve enrollment related matters for our clients, such as plan change, update info, termination, etc.
¥        Data Entry into insurance companies and our internal systems.
¥        Assisting insurance brokers with documentation of insurance related matters.
¥        Answer office phone calls.
Skills:
¥        Ability to propose solution when unsure of corrective action. 
¥        College degree in non business area (e.g. Art, Psychology, Social Study, etc) or technical fields like engineering, accounting, etc.
¥        Know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
¥        Have 2-3 years office admin work experience is prefer but not necessary.
Status:
Green Card or Citizen.
