现招聘行政助理。
Now we are looking for an administrative assistant.
一丶行政助理 工作负责内容 :
I. Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
1) 全程陪同及负责中国企业家赴美随行商务旅行日程安排;
1) Accompany and be responsible for the business travel schedule of Chinese entrepreneurs to the United States;
2)建立与客户的关系,并维持办公室日常运作;
2) Establish a relationship with customers and maintain the daily operation of the office;
3)公众号文案内容编辑。
3) Edit the contents of the public address.
任职要求 Job requirements:
1)有在科技创业公司或高科技行业从事行政工作的经验;
1) Experience in administrative work in a technology start-up company or high-tech industry;
2)有场外活动管理经验;
2) Experience in off-site activities management;
3)独立工作能力强,能承受较大的工作压力,良好的团队合作精神,有进取心,责任心强,工作踏实;
3) Strong ability to work independently, able to work under great pressure, good team spirit, enterprising, responsible and practical;
4)优秀的沟通能力及中英文流利。
4) Excellent communication skills and fluent in Chinese and English.
要求:本科及本科以上 ,在美国有合法身份
Diploma requirements: Bachelor degree or above, with legal status in the United States.
相关工作经验:一年及一年以上
Relevant working experience: one year or more
工作时间:全职
Working hours: full time
工资:面议
